  • Custom-made or personalised items cannot be refunded unless defective or damaged.
  • Sale items are final saleand non-refundable.

Refund Process

We will provide you with instructions for returning your item. 2.Return the Item: Once the item is received and inspected to confirm it meets our return requirements, we will process your refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed.

Refund to Original Payment Method

  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • It may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
